My clients bought this house in the Harvard Heights HPOZ that had been owned by the same person for more than 50 years. The house was in bad condition and the new owners hired me to help them with an interior remodel and a kitchen addition at the rear.

I successfully presented the proposed drawings to the HPOZ board and obtained the required building permits.
