I've spent the last 15 years preparing drawings and obtaining permits for home owners, contractors and other design consultants including architects and interior designers. My experience is in both residential and commercial and my work includes new homes, additions, remodels, bathroom and kitchen remodels and tenant improvements.

I work by myself in my home office and whether I'm designing a new home for my own client or preparing drawings for another architect, I approach both with creative enthusiasm and professionalism and strive for an end product that is something to be proud of.
