Most of my work is done in L.A. but I also offer all my services to any location within the United States.
I often get approached to modify plans that someone already has. Whether they’ve bought the plans from a plan broker website or they hired another design consultation to prepare the plans originally, I can work with the client to modify the plans and bring them to a place where everyone’s happy with them and then turn them into working drawings for permitting. I can do this quite quickly and efficiently.
