My clients had just bought the property and were looking to add a new master suite on the second story above the existing living room. They also wanted to reconfigure the existing layout of the home within the existing footprint and add a new family room to the rear of the house.

I measured the existing house, prepared the "As Built" plans and then took the project through design and permitting.

Upon completion of the project I assisted the clients with landscape drawings and the rebuild of the garage.
