A Rhode Island based contractor asked me to design this home for a sea fronting empty lot in Middletown, RI that he had just purchased.

 

His requests were that the house be Gambrel Style with a front porch that extended the full front of the house and a deck from the Master Suite on the second story to make the most of the sea views.
